As a resident at London’s world-famous Fabric nightclub, and one-third of the Wiggle t…rio, Eddie’s name is synonymous with cutting edge British dance music. For more than 20 years, he has been a hugely influential figure on the UK scene, from DJing at some of the earliest British raves to starting up one of the first booking agencies (Dy-Na-Mix.) Join us as the original tech-house pioneer takes to the decks, bringing his unmistakable sound to the underground.
DJ FAME (mostly known from his Dubsided & Potty Mouth releases), adds to the night his signature dirty house grooves we have grown to expect! Over the past few years, Fame has guested sets on dance floors from Hawaii to Russia, and many in-betweens, bringing with him his love for all things “tech”… and now he brings it back to the city that taught him everything…
The man behind the AMPD! parties right here in NYC, LEKS, knows what it takes to keep the party moving all night.. especially in his backyard! He’s been rocking the feet of New Yorkers for quite a few years, and has been at every respectable venue around to open for some of the world’s largest acts. It’s been a while since we’ve all done it together… But it’s definitely not the first time!
Simply Bangin’ resident, DIRTY DAN , joins in the action to get the night opened up proper. Dan recently relocated back to NYC from a 3 year stint in Alaska, where he held down numerous residencies, FM radio shows, and built a major global following for his podcast. This past year, he also released his first set of original tunes on UK’s Underphunk and On Time/Rise Records. He has also done some remix for for RIS to be released later this year.

For those who may be unfamiliar (STILL under that rock???), Santiago and Bushido have been cranking out chart topping originals and high profile remixes together for the past 6 years, releasing material on top notch labels such as Potty Mouth, OM, and Ultra. Their track “Head Trick” was a true dance anthem of 2008, receiving major support from guys like Moby, DJ Tiesto, Switch, Armin Van Buren, and Diplo. It was Beatport’s single most downloaded song in January 2008, and the 8th most downloaded of the entire year! More recently, their collaboration with Om recording artist Colette entitled “Make Me Feel,” was released in spring of this year and quickly became a hit. S&B again saw the #1 spot on Beatport’s electro sales and was charted by another huge list of heavy hitters.

No stranger to Sullivan Room, we welcome back a 14 year veteran behind the decks who has dedicated a whole life to the world of music. Lele Sacchi is internationally recognized as one of the best electronic and house music dj/producers to come out of Italy. He has nearly completed an all around the world trip dj’ing in the best clubs and events (from Los Angeles to Ibiza and everything in the middle), records music with the studio projects Boogie Drama and Sacchi & Sandiego (releasing tracks on some of the coolest European labels around such as Systematic, 20-20 Vision, Get Physical, and many others), he’s resident dj and artistic mind at Milan’s Magazzini Generali since the year 2000 (the reference club for underground music in Italy, hosting the cream of the scene), has managed his own underground music label (Soundplant Records) for years, had three mix compilations in shops, and on top of that does sound designing for fashion brands and exhibitions (from Adidas to Prada…). His latest exploits include founding the Elita festival and teaching a course of History of Dance Music at IED (European Design Institute). It’s a surprise this guy even has the time to DJ still…but he’s here, ready to rock our dance floor out like he’s done so many times in the past!
To get the night started right we have a very special treat as we bring back from the UK a once Sully regular, Corey Baker, to do some back2back action with our resident technician, DJ Fame. Since moving from NYC a few years ago Corey has made a name for himself in the London underground scene and continued to grow his sound through releases on UK’s Electric Sheep and NYC’s Nosi Music. Fame has been holding it down regularly here for the past 6 years, and it’s for a reason. When these 2 get together, your feet can expect trouble!

Label-mate and NYC veteran, DJ FAME, makes a rare “in-town” appearance as he brings his signature sound of filthy late night grooves to Santos for the first time! Aside from his Dubsided success, and releases under the Bit Crushers moniker on Perfecto, Little Mountain, and Wearhouse, Fame and S&B collaborated on a track late last year for Potty Mouth named “For the People” which was served as Fame’s 3rd release on the Chicago imprint.
